Is an appointment required for a consultation?
What do I need to bring to my consultation?
The consultation process goes most smoothly if you have an idea of what you like prior to meeting with a designer. It is a good idea to bring along photos of pieces that express your preferences to help the jewelry designer to get a “feel” for your tastes. In addition to this; if you were hoping to repurpose some of your old gold jewelry into a new piece, it is recommended that you have this on hand to help with design possibilities and accurate pricing.
What diamonds or gemstones from my old pieces be repurposed?
Yes, absolutely! If you have old pieces of jewelry that contain gemstones or diamonds you would like featured in your new piece, please bring them to your consultation.
What happens if I don’t like the proposed designs?
We at Louise Elora want you to be fully satisfied with your custom-designed piece of jewelry. To this end, we are happy to make slight modifications to resin molds or 3D designs to help you achieve your vision. However, if a complete redesign is required, there may be an additional charge. To ensure as few changes must be made as possible, it is a good idea to be very specific about your wishes and expectations during the planning process.
How long does the entire process from consultation to delivery of the finished product take?
Though this can vary from piece to piece, most custom designed jewelry items are available within 4-6 weeks.
